Kelly’s Corner
Regular Full-time
All Regular full-time employees are eligible for Holiday Pay after completing 6 months of continuous employment
Part-Time
Part-time employees are not eligible for Holiday Pay.
PTO
You may also use a SCHEDULED + APPROVED Paid Time off day in lieu of the regular workday. This must be submitted and approved prior to the holiday.
PTO is for you to enjoy, we do not cash out PTO, be sure to schedule and use your PTO before year-end.
Work Trucks
It is your responsibility to maintain your vehicle, please contact Adam for scheduling.
Timecards
Due by Friday at 5 pm no matter what.
Required: Time off request forms must be filled out and approved before PTO is scheduled.
Best if all timecards and paperwork are emailed to Kelly@mkelectricanddesign, instead of her phone.
Holiday Pay
Paid Holiday time will not be considered as time worked for the purposes of computing overtime. Holiday pay will be computed at 8 hours per day.
